Pieta brings more than twenty years of experience in program evaluation, applied research, and organizational learning to her work with nonprofits and public agencies. She founded Blakely Consulting in 2014 and has led major evaluation and labor market research projects across the Northeast.

It has been a pleasure to work with Pieta, Cynthia, Cora, and Lauren on the labor market analysis. I appreciate the thought and care that you all took to deliver on this project, especially embedding an equitable and inclusive process in gathering quantitative and qualitative data, listening sessions and focus groups.
